Have you forgotten something with us?
We ask that you be quick and look for your forgotten item yourself.
We store everything for 14 days. We do store; socks, underwear, hair ties or soap/hygiene articles.

Also a reminder that it is our guests who are themselves responsible for their belongings, and unfortunately we cannot confirm over the phone or by email if it has been found.
You know your assets best. :)

During weekdays, the training- and parts of the sportspool are in use, but this is still when overall capacity is best.

Weekends: None of our facilities are used for classes or training during weekends, and we also offer a fun obstacle course and mini disco!
Weekdays: Even when some pools are used for classes or training, several facilities remain available for open use.
You can enjoy:
The therapy-, wellness, and babypool, hot tub, two saunas, the diving tower (except Wednesday evenings), and at least two lanes in the sports pool.

When are the pools occupied?
Training pool: Occupied Monday–Friday 09:00–14:00 and 16:00–20:00 (and during training sessions with Hydrohex and an instructor, see the separate program here)
Diving pool: Occupied Wednesdays 17:00–19:00
Sports pool:
4 of 8 lanes occupied Monday–Friday 06:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:00
6 of 8 lanes occupied Wednesdays 17:00–20:00

Monday to Friday you can arrange a birthday celebration with us. We do not have organized birthday celebrations on the weekend or holidays, but you can of course visit us as part of the birthday activities.
Apart from organized birthday celebrations, our normal prices apply.

Included in the birthday price per person is; Entrance ticket, food*, juice and ice cream**.
The table reservation lasts for 1 hour. You can choose whether you eat before/after swimming or during.
We decorate the table and the birthday child gets a small gift from us.
You can bring birthday presents and cake. Cake cannot be on a glass dish and no candles or torches are allowed.

Is there more than 1 birthday child? Please inform us of this when booking, and we will have gifts and extra balloons ready for ALL birthday children!
There will be an additional fee of NOK 100 when paying at reception.

How old must one be to swim alone?
You must be at least 12 years of age and able to swim independently to enter the swimming pool facility without adult supervision. All children under the age of 12 years, must be accompanied by an adult able to swim independently in the pool at all times.

How many children under the age of 12 can one adult accompanied at Jessheimbadet?
An adult over the age of 18 years able to swim independently, is allowed to be accompanied 3 children under the age of 12 years or younger. Additionally, He/she must always supervise the children in the water.

Parking
The nearest parking to Jessheimbadet is by Jessheim Athletics Stadium. Right next to the athletics track and Jessheim Skatepark, there are parking spaces for nearly 100 cars.
We recommend using the paved parking area and avoiding the gravel "Trekanttomta."

For those with a handicap parking permit, there are designated spots at the beginning of the parking lot. If you have limited mobility, we also have a limited number of parking spaces by the entrance of Jessheimbadet. Please drive through the barrier.

If you arrive by bus and train, the following stations are closest.
- Markavegen is 589 meters away, 8 minutes to walk.
- Henrik Bulls Veg is 1113 meters away, 15 minutes to walk.

• We have provided highchairs and baby bathtubs in all changing rooms for lend.
  
  
• Bue to the hygiene purpose the stroller must be kept back in the stroller parking area, which is located on the first floor behind the elevator. It is also owners liable for the lost or damage of their personal property.

You can however take a carseat with you in.

• Disposable nappies are not permitted in our swimming pool however, we sell selections of reusable swim nappies, and other swim wears for all ages at our clothing shop.

Yes, we have 3 wheelchairs you can borrow. These wheelchairs can also be used in the pool if necessary.

Bringing own food and drinks is not allowed with us.
We have a great cafe that serves everything from waffles, ice cream, pizza, wraps and salad.

No, the use of all the electronics devices is not permitted in our pool area and changing rooms. However, in the event of special occasion like birthdays, it is possible to ask the lifeguard if they have moment to take a picture with upmost decency

We have both men’s, women’s and family changing rooms.
We also have 2 disabled changing rooms with bed and ceiling lift if necessary.

Who can use the family or shared dressing rooms, and how does it work?

• single parents with both gender children
  • Where one child is for example not ready to use either women’s or men’s changing room alone.
• Similarly, for any other reason you would require privacy, the family changing room also offers separate booth and showering facilities.

At what age can children not permitted to use the changing rooms for the opposite gender?

Children must not enter changing rooms for the opposite gender from the time they have started 1st grade at school and are 6 years old. Jessheimbadet offers a shared changing room where families can go together.

Does the queue apply to season ticket holders as well?
Yes, season ticket holders must also join the queue when we are at full capacity.

Purchase of gift cards is done directly at the reception.
You can choose the amount for the gift card yourself. See our ticket prices here.
The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Yes, we have a small cozy swimming outlet at our facilities, where we sell various swim gears and accessories for all children and adults.
You can buy all kinds of swimwear for adults, youth, and children, as well as swimpants for babies (the use of disposable swim diapers is not allowed in our pools).
There is one fitting room in our outlet (for hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on while wearing underwear).
Purchased swimwear cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

• Start at the beginning
• If you fall off, you must return to the start.
• Be considerate of others on the course.
• No pushing.
• Inflatable armbands are not allowed on the obstacle course.
• The age limit is 6 years, accompanied by a swimming adult.
  Children must be able to swim independently to participate in the obstacle course.

Jewellery and earrings that can be easily removed, etc are not permitted in our pools. This is because our facility has a steel pool, and if you lose some of these items, we get rust in our swimming pools.

• The membership card is personal and may not be used by anyone other than the cardholder. Misuse may result in the membership card being invalidated or lead to suspension, and paid ticket and training fees will not be refunded.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the information in your account and on your membership card is correct.
  The information provided when first registering the membership card will be used for further administration. You are responsible for informing us of any changes to your information.
• When registering a membership card, a personal wristband must be purchased (100 NOK per wristband).
• Refunds or freezing of a membership card are only granted in cases of documented illness (doctor’s certificate) or relocation (proof of address change). For refunds, contact us at post@jessheimbadet.no.
• There are no refunds for tickets or membership cards. No partial refunds or changes to membership cards are possible after purchase.
• Membership cards include punch cards (including free school punch cards), monthly passes, and annual passes. Punch cards are not defined as seasonal passes (seasonal passes are monthly/annual passes) and are not extended.

Is there a deposit on the wristband?
No, there is no deposit on the wristbands. When purchasing a monthly, yearly subscriptions or punch card, you need to purchase a wristband for the price of 100 NOK. Please remember, we do not refund or buy the wristbands in return after the membership has concluded.
If you purchase a one-day ticket, you get a wristband to borrow for the day.
